logs in root of webpage or log in libraries?

All folders and files exists.
The administrator has disabled public write access.

This is the "Path to Log Folder" in system settings. It typically is the log folder under the root of the web page. If it exists the web server may not have write permissions to the folder.
The administrator has disabled public write access.

I have one separator in path for log Folder in system settings. I removed it and it started to work.
