The Zap Weather Plugin

zapweather calendarPurpose: Display weather forecast information in a Zap Calendar view.

Configuration:

Zap Weather version 9 or higher must be installed for use with Zap Calendar 4 (Joomla 3.x sites).  Zap Weather version 8 or higher must be installed for use with Zap Calendar 3 (Joomla 2.x sites).  See zcontent.net for more information on Zap Weather.

Note: You must install Zap Weather version 8 or above in order to use the Zap Weather plugin 3.1.  This combination also requires your site to be using Joomla 2.5.  For Joomla 1.5 sites, use the Z Weather plugin version 3.0 with Z Weather version 6 (no longer supported).

After a Zap Weather location has been created, note the location id.  From the Zap Calendar view editor, click on the plugin tab and enter the location id under the Zap Weather plugin settings, and the number of forecast days you wish to display.  Once enabled, weather will be displayed in the month, week and day views.  Each Zap Calendar view can use its own location id.
