I seeing the following output from the CRON job. Can you assist with troubleshooting?

I get something similiar....

No input file specified.

I have joomla 1.5.10 and zweather 6.0.1. cron job running on godaddy's cron manager using the following:
/web/cgi-bin/php5 "$HOME/html/tools/cron/cronzweather www.xxxxxfamily.com"

I think the script is running as i had nitially put the website address outside the quotes and was receiving a msg telling that it needed to be put in... fixed that now I get this.

Update:

I added the -q to the cron so it now reads:
/web/cgi-bin/php5 -q '$HOME/html/tools/cron/cronzweather www.xxxxxxxfamily.com'

Now I get the following:
No input file specified.
The administrator has disabled public write access.
