Iam trying to use zweather with joomla 1.5 in legacy mode.. where do I tell it to be on the right side of my site. I didnt see a option anywere as to where to place it.

That is specified in the module settings. You need to install the ZWeather module and specify the "right" position. This assumes your template has a right position defined, since template position names can vary.

It's in the works. It is a free app, so it takes a lower priority but it is being worked on.
