You can easily download or subscribe to events from the web calendar to your computer or Google calendar. What's the difference? Downloading the calendar is a one-time shot. All the events are downloaded but you will not get updates to the calendar if additions or changes are made. Subscribing to a calendar gives you all the events plus your calendar program will periodically check for calendar updates. Not all calendar programs support both options. Follow the directions below for the appropriate calendar program you are using.
Customize a CalendarYou can optionally select the event categories you are interested in downloading or subscribing. From the calendar page, select the categories you want displayed and press the "Update calendar" button. Use the "Toggle Categories" box to select or unselect all categories. Click either the subscribe or download icon at the top of the page to receive to your customized calendar. Downloading a CalendarThis option may work if your calendar program does not support subscriptions. This will download the calendar as an ics/ical file to your PC. Use your calendar program's "import" process to import the file into your calendar.
