It is an ics file.

I used to use PHP iCalendar to display my ics files.

I would like to move to Zap... it is so much nicer.

This issue is giving me trouble again.

I want 24 h format.

But when entering a new event I am prompt to enter am/pm time (though I CAN enter 24h format - but my users do not figure that out)

When the am/pm format is entered and saved - the minutes will dissapear (ie 1.30 pm will be savet as 1 pm). Very annoying!

Also when I save a new event for the first time and enter an outher author then admin - that will be ignored. Next time I save the event - it works...

I have updated to the latest version of both Joomla! and Zap

Problem solved - Duh!

The calendar was working fine all along.

When testing the calendar I took the website off-line. This meant I had to login to view it and as such I had editing control.

When anybody else who isn't logged in (including me) views the calendar they can't edit the event.

Great calendar!!

Hi Brian,

That is a good suggestion. Zap Calendar is using the standard Joomla calendar control, which allows input either way. I will look to see if the input can at least check for a valid date before saving the event.
