If an unregistered visitor tries to submit an event, all works well as long as they do NOT specify times. In other words, an all-day event gets submitted.

If the same unregistered visitor tries to submit an event with times included, they get an error page upon submission. Now, in the backend, the event is there awaiting approval but with the timezone set to UTC, not the timezone of the default user.

Anyone else getting this issue? Used to work OK back around 4016 or 4017 I think.

The administrator has disabled public write access.
